Iron Flow bridges that gap. It is an extremely efficient and effective workout that brings the best of both worlds to the mat.

Trauma can include experiences such as but not limited to physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, witnessing acts of violence, neglect, loss and grief, war, medical crisis, natural disaster or accident, bullying, racism, and the list goes on. We are constantly surrounded by what we hear and feel, therefore it makes sense to theorize that those very sounds may have either a positive or negative impact on the body. Sound is an ancient science that reaches back to the beginnings of human history. Stories of creation differ from culture to culture, but what often binds them together is the theme of sound and vibration. Sounds have been linked to great spiritual philosophy and woven into the fabric of humanity. Let’s explore the science of sound through the lens of Meditation, Mantra, and Music!
