
This 8 week Women's Circle is for women, like you, who are striving to create balance in their lives. You believe you can live in a way that is both peaceful and vibrant. You believe you have the keys to unlock the part of you that honors your truth, acknowledges your power, and nourishes your body and mind when the edges get jagged and you’re pulled in a million directions. You understand that being honest about “what is” is the only way to grow forward, and you’re ready to prioritize what’s important and shine light on all your greatest qualities.
We'll explore different models/systems within the Yoga and Ayurveda lineages. We'll learn to recognize imbalance and will experience different practices, tools, and techniques to help create and restore balance to all the levels of our being. This will be a small group of like-minded women and we'll lean on each other for support and accountability.
I will cap attendance at 15 women. Sessions will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend, they will be available to you for at least a month after the completion of the series.
YOGA TEACHERS: This counts as 12 CE hours through Yoga Alliance
