Yoga 101 for Women is an introduction to yoga- for women. In a small group and a safe environment, you will learn alignment for basic yoga postures and how to modify them based on the needs of your body in the moment. You’ll learn that yoga is more than just the physical postures you see in Social Media and will be introduced lightly to some of the tenets of yoga philosophy and tradition. You’ll experience practices in breathwork, subtle body awareness, focus and meditation. By the end of this series, you will understand a little more of what yoga is about and you will be confident enough to safely take a full flow yoga class at a studio, online, or on your own.
